NOTICE:

The Jackson Township Zoning Commission will meet in regular session at 7:00 P.M. on  February 9, 2012 at the Jackson Township Community Center located at 3263 U.S. Route 50.

There will be a Board of Zoning Appeals hearing on February 2, 2012 at 7:00 P.M. at the Jackson Township Community Center to hear the Variance request of Charles D. Grant, 5552 Bucktown Rd, Williamsburg, OH 45176. Mr. Grant is requesting permission to locate a new larger structure on the same location of his current home.  Locating his new home on the same location would violate Article 9, "Nonconformities," Section 950 "Nonconforming structures."  Mr. Grant states that conforming to zoning regulations would cause an undue hardship by interferring with an exisiting septic system and would also cause him to locate his new home in a flood plain.

The Jackson Township Board of Trustees shall sell through its eBay auction account, from time to time, township personal property which may include, but not limited to, motor vehicles, road machinery, equipment, tools, or supplies that is not needed for public use, is obsolete, or is unfit for the use for which it was acquired.

Notice of any such sale shall be posted on the bulletin board located in front of the community center on U.S. Route 50 and on its website:

The Board may, at its discretion, also publish information of any announced auction on other internet sites on in publications of the Trustees choosing.

This Notice is provided in accordance with ORC 505.10 – Acceptance and disposition of property
