JACKSON TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES
The Board of Trustees meet twice a month on the first and third Monday at 7:30 P.M. The first meeting is a regular Township Business meeting and all in attendance who wish to speak will be invited to do so in open session. The second meeting of each month is a "Trustee Working Session." Residents are welcome to attend, however if an attendee wishes to speak at this meeting he or she must call the Township Clerk and ask to be placed on the agenda.
The Jackson Township Zoning Commission meets on the second Thursday of each month at 7:00 P.M. at the Jackson Township Community Center. Public participation is welcome!
Would you like to recycle but your trash removal company doesn't offer the service? The township has established a recycling area for the use of township residents. Four enclosed dumpsters are located between the firehouse and community center at 3261 U.S. Route 50.
Accepting glass jars and bottles, newsprint, mixed paper, cardboard, magazines, steel and aluminum cans and various other recycible materials including certain plastics. Please see signs on the dumpsters for details of acceptable items.
